New Fellows' Orientation Registration

Please complete this form PRIOR TO July 12, 2023. Without a registration form on file, you will not be considered registered or guaranteed a room. No email responses please. All changes to this registration form must be in writing.

Sleeping Room
*Please indicate whether, for the night of Friday, August 11, 2023, you will need a sleeping room.

If you need a sleeping room, indicate whether you are requesting a shared room at no cost to you or a single room, for which you must pay $165 plus taxes at the Orientation, after which FEF will reimburse you $82.50.



Meals
Each registrant who intends to attend an Orientation meal function must reserve a seat by checking the appropriate box below:

**Cancellations for the Friday, August 11, Reception/Dinner and the Saturday, August 12, Luncheon must be made to FEF in writing by 3:00 PM on Friday, August 4, 2023. The FEF McKnight Program must pay for the cost of your meals if we are not notified by the above date. The cost will be charged to you if the FEF is not notified of cancellation in writing by August 4, 2023.
