Matriculating McKnight Fellow (No Conference Fee):

Room Type (All registrants must indicate a room type):

Shared room for Friday, February 23. You must be a current Fellow to select this option.

No room for Friday, February 23.

Single room (Unless you are an invited speaker or discussant, you will be responsible for the room rate in the amount of $145.00 and must provide a credit card upon check-in.  Please register by February 9, 2018, to ensure best hotel accommodations at the FEF discounted rate.


Meals (Each registrant who intends to attend either of the indicated meal functions must reserve a seat by checking the appropriate box below):

 * Cancellations for the Friday, February 23, Reception/Dinner and the Saturday, February 24, Luncheon must be made to FEF in writing by 3:00 PM on Monday, February 16, 2018. The FEF McKnight Program must pay for the cost of your meals if we are not notified by the above date. The cost will be charged to you if the FEF is not notified of cancellation in writing by February 16, 2018.
