**Reminder: A matriculating Fellow who chooses a single room accommodation will be asked for a credit card at check-in to pay for the entire $229 room rate per night. After receipt of the required reimbursement form, the FEF will reimburse the Fellow $114.50 for each night stayed in the room.

**Cancellations for the meal functions listed above must be made to FEF in writing by 3:00 PM on Monday, February 5, 2024. The FEF McKnight Program must pay for the cost of your meals if we are not notified by the above date. The cost will be charged to you if the FEF is not notified of cancellation in writing by February 5, 2024.
